AI can translate anything into easy language, making things easier to understand for a person with a learning difference. A person with LD can also use AI to fix grammatical errors, and to turn simple language into academic language. AI should be allowed in universities and schools as an accommodation.

This is a decision that should be taken by teachers, students and parents on a case-by-case basis. While artificial intelligence is certainly here to stay, and can certainly help with accessibility support, we need a broader range of both educators and educational assistants to bridge the gap for those who need alternative learning arrangements. The first step is to increase funding to education, which happens on a provincial level.

I think you could modify this idea to be more relevant to the federal government and use it to clarify existing government documents. In spaces like taxation immigration these tools could help simplify language or explain the core concepts in different, accessible ways.
